The AFB ASPECT company, founded in 2007, carries out a full cycle of work on the design and manufacture of glass fiber reinforced concrete products. We work on individual orders and can produce products of any complexity, which will be at the same time: strong, light, durable and unique!

To date, more than 50 objects have been successfully implemented using glass fiber gypsum enclosing structures (GRG products) and glass fiber reinforced concrete decorative elements (GRC products), as well as interior solutions using glass fiber gypsum products.

What is glass fiber reinforced concrete, and what is its uniqueness?

GRC is one of the most versatile building materials available to architects and designers.

This material has the properties of a technologically advanced building material:

The bending and tensile strength of fiberglass concrete exceeds the strength of concrete by 4-5 times. High strength makes it possible to obtain thin-walled architectural elements of low mass.

Has high resistance to cracking. Resistant to chemical aggression, not subject to corrosion and rotting.

Glass fiber reinforced concrete is characterized by increased frost resistance of 200-300 cycles (regular concrete 50 cycles).

They belong to the category of non-combustible materials.

Wide possibilities of shaping and choice of textures allow you to implement the most daring design solutions.

Glass fiber gypsum - a new word in interior decor

Fiberglass gypsum is a gypsum reinforced with fiberglass throughout the entire mass of the product, which allows you to create elements of interior decor that are unique in complexity and strength:

  • bas-reliefs and panels,
  • framing fireplaces,
  • 3D panels,
  • cornices and moldings,
  • door arches,
  • coffered ceilings
  • and others.

Gypsum stucco molding reinforced with fiberglass under industrial conditions has a multifold increase in resistance to cracking, wear resistance and, accordingly, service life.

The basis of the products is gypsum – a natural, hypoallergenic material.

It belongs to the category of non-combustible materials, does not emit toxic substances during combustion, unlike expanded polystyrene and polyurethane.
